Our verdict
eBet is a small Lusaka-based bookmaker with a few betting shops and a site that covers sports, casino, virtuals and Aviator. It suits punters who want a free K5 to try the site and like long multis, where its Money Back and Multiple Crazy Bonus pay extra. The big weakness is paperwork: there’s no licence number, and its terms are a copied template that mentions a South African gambling board and South African bank accounts. Deposit and withdrawal minimums aren’t published either.
What we like
- K5 free bet on sign-up with no deposit
- Money Back pays up to 100x your stake when one leg of a big multi loses
- Physical shops in Chipata, Livingstone and Chirundu
- Five Zambian phone numbers plus WhatsApp
Watch out for
- No licence number on its site
- Terms mention a South African gambling board and South African bank payouts
- Free bet terms disagree on minimum odds (1.25 or 2.0)
- No published minimum deposit or withdrawal, and no app
We scored eBet on the same five things as every bookmaker in our Log: licence, mobile money, bonus, betting markets and the app. It loses most on licensing and the app. Our score for each is at the end of its section.
eBet sign-up offer: a K5 free bet

New customers get K5 in free betting credit when they register, with no deposit needed. It’s a small amount with a lot of rules, so treat it as a way to try the site rather than a real bonus.
Free bet terms

|---|---|
| Deposit needed | None stated |
| Rollover | 6x the bonus (K30 in bets) |
| Bet type | Football multis with 4 or more legs |

Only K5, with a 6x playthrough on 4-leg multis, banned markets, a 7-day limit and conflicting odds rules.
Money Back and Multiple Crazy Bonus
eBet’s two standing promotions both reward multi-bets, and both publish their full tables.
Money Back Bonus: up to 100x your stake
If a multi loses by just one selection, and the legs that won add up to odds of 25 or more, eBet pays you a multiple of your stake. It applies to live and pre-match multis on all sports and markets.
| Odds of the winning legs | Money back |
|---|---|
| 25.00 to 49.99 | 1x stake |
| 50 to 99.99 | 2x stake |
| 100 to 199.99 | 3x stake |
| 200 to 499.99 | 5x stake |

| 1,000+ | 100x stake |
Multiple Crazy Bonus: up to 100% on winnings
Win a multi of two or more selections, each at odds of 1.20 or more, and eBet adds a percentage to your winnings based on the total odds. You can’t combine it with other promotions or cash the bet in early.
| Total odds | Bonus |
|---|---|
| 2 to 5 | 2% |
| 10 to 20 | 4% |
| 50 to 80 | 8% |
| 100 to 150 | 10% |

Casino promotions
The site also advertises Spin & Win, with instant wins up to K10,000 (10x your bet).
How to register at eBet

- Tap Register at the top of ebet.co.zm.
- Enter your name, email and mobile number.
- Add your ID number and date of birth (you must be 18 or over).

Sports betting at eBet

Sports and markets
eBet covers football, basketball, boxing, rugby, tennis, cricket, American football, handball, futsal and more, with leagues from the Premier League and LaLiga to South Africa’s Premier Soccer League. Football matches have quick tabs for 1X2, double chance, both teams to score, draw no bet, first-half result and highest-scoring half, with 30 to 80+ markets on each match.
Live betting and jackpot
There’s a live section and a soccer jackpot. There’s no cash out or bet builder. You can load a friend’s bet with a booking code.
A decent spread of products and two useful multi-bet promotions, though there’s no cash-out or bet builder.
Casino, Aviator and virtuals

eBet’s homepage is mostly casino. It lists providers including Booming Games, Game Media Works, Ebaka, Gamzix, JDB, TVBet, Fazi, Spribe, Pragmatic Play, Endorphina and Mancala, with crash games such as Aviator, Spaceman and Sky Control. There are also live dealer games, table games, virtuals, Twain Sport, Split the Pot, Fantastic League and Lucky Numbers.
Deposits and withdrawals
eBet’s footer shows Airtel, MTN and Zamtel logos, but its terms don’t explain how mobile money deposits or withdrawals work. The terms cap withdrawals at K15,000 a day and say requests are processed the next business day, but the same clauses describe bank transfers into South African bank accounts, so we wouldn’t rely on them for mobile money. The minimum withdrawal clause has the amount left blank.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Airtel Money, MTN MoMo | Not stated | Up to K15,000 a day · time not stated |
| Bank transfer and card (named in its terms) | Not stated | Not stated |
| eBet shops | Not stated | Not stated |
Paying at a shop
eBet has shops in Chipata (two, including Kapata), Livingstone and Chirundu, with Lusaka Intercity listed as opening soon. If you live near one, that’s the simplest way to deposit or collect cash.
The 5% levy
Since 1 January 2026 the Betting Levy Act takes 5% of every deposit into and withdrawal from an online betting account. Here is what that means at eBet:
Mobile money is available and there’s a clear daily withdrawal cap, but no minimums, no stated payout time for wallets, and terms written for bank transfers.
eBet app and mobile site
There’s no eBet app for Android or iPhone, and no USSD code. You bet through the mobile site in your browser. The site doesn’t offer a lite or data-saving version.
The site is image-heavy, with large provider banners on the homepage, so it uses a fair amount of data on a phone.
Mobile site only: no app, no USSD and no lite version for small data bundles.
Is eBet licensed and safe?
eBet is run by EBET LIMITED, with an address at Kalingalina Complex, Alick Nkata Road, Lusaka. Its footer says the licence “is issued in terms of the Betting Control” Act, Section 5, but gives no licence number.
What that means for you
eBet is a real Zambian company with shops and local phone numbers, which counts for something. But until it publishes a licence number and fixes its terms, keep your balance small and withdraw winnings promptly.
A named Zambian company with a Lusaka address and phone lines, but no licence number and terms that point to the wrong country.
Customer support
eBet lists five Zambian phone numbers, a WhatsApp line and an email address. There’s no live chat.

eBet FAQ
Is eBet licensed in Zambia?
eBet is run by EBET LIMITED from Kalingalina Complex on Alick Nkata Road in Lusaka. Its footer says the licence is issued under Section 5 of the Betting Control Act but gives no licence number. Its terms also refer disputes to a South African gambling board, which looks like text copied from a template rather than written for Zambia.
What is the minimum deposit at eBet?
eBet doesn’t publish a minimum deposit, and the minimum withdrawal clause in its terms has the amount left blank. Its site shows Airtel, MTN and Zamtel logos, and you can also deposit at its shops in Chipata, Livingstone and Chirundu. Whatever you deposit online, the 5% levy comes off first, so K100 puts K95 in your account.
How do I withdraw from eBet?
eBet doesn’t explain the steps or timing for mobile money withdrawals on its site. Its terms cap withdrawals at K15,000 a day and say requests are processed the next business day, but the same clauses describe payouts to South African bank accounts. If you live near a shop, collecting in person is the simplest option. Remember the 5% betting levy is taken from every deposit and withdrawal.
Does eBet have an app?
No. There’s no eBet app for Android or iPhone, and no USSD betting code. You bet through the mobile site in your phone’s browser. The site opens on large casino banners for its game providers, so it uses a fair amount of data. If you want an app, betPawa, PariPesa and BetWinner all have Android and iPhone versions.
What is the eBet Money Back Bonus?
If a multi loses by just one selection, and the legs that won add up to odds of 25 or more, eBet pays back a multiple of your stake. It’s 1x your stake for odds of 25 to 49.99, rising to 10x at 500, 50x at 750 and 100x at 1,000 or more, on live and pre-match multis on any sport.
Where are eBet’s shops?
eBet lists betting shops in Chipata (two, including one in Kapata), Livingstone and Chirundu, and says a shop at Lusaka Intercity is opening soon. Shops are useful if you’d rather deposit and collect winnings in cash. eBet’s head office is at Kalingalina Complex on Alick Nkata Road in Lusaka, and you can call any of its five numbers for directions.
What do I need to register at eBet?
eBet’s registration form asks for more than most: your first and last name, email address, mobile number with the +260 code, NRC or other ID number, date of birth and a password. You must be 18 or over and accept the terms. Once you’re registered, eBet adds a K5 free bet to use on football multis of four legs.
How do I contact eBet?
eBet lists five Zambian phone numbers: +260 975 887 562, +260 972 332 602, +260 768 970 015, +260 950 057 280 and +260 765 000 020. The first also works on WhatsApp, and you can email support@ebet.co.zm. There’s no live chat on the site, so WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach eBet outside office hours.
