Our verdict
BetWinner suits punters who want a huge sports menu, deep live markets and apps for Android and iPhone. Its first deposit bonus is fair: 100% up to K2,000 with a 5x rollover on accumulators. Its footer now names an operating company and two Zambian licence numbers, and it has a 24-hour Zambian phone line. The catch is payments: its public payments page, set to Zambia, listed cards, two e-wallets and 45 cryptocurrencies, but no Airtel, MTN or Zamtel. Check the cashier inside your account before you deposit.
What we like
- 100% up to K2,000 with a fair 5x rollover on accumulators
- More than 1,400 live events and 700+ markets on big matches
- Apps for Android and iPhone
- 24-hour phone support on a Zambian number
Watch out for
- No mobile money on its public payments page
- Card limits shown in euros, not kwacha
- Its pages name the Ministry of Finance, not the BCLB, for sports betting
- No withdrawal limits or payout times published
We scored BetWinner on the same five things as every bookmaker in our Log: licence, mobile money, bonus, betting markets and the app. It’s strongest on markets and the app. Our score for each is at the end of its section.

- Fill in all the personal details in My Account.
- Make a first deposit of K17 or more (up to K2,000 for the full bonus).

How to register at BetWinner

The phone sign-up form defaults to Zambia’s +260 code and kwacha. You confirm your number with an SMS code, then add your name and a password, and choose the sports bonus, the casino package or no bonus.
- Tap Registration and enter your mobile number.
- Tap Send via SMS and type in the confirmation code.
- Add a promo code if you have one, your first name, surname and a password.
- Choose Bonus for sports, tick the box to accept the terms and tap Register.
Verification
BetWinner’s bonus terms say it can ask for ID documents at any time, and that failing to provide them means losing the bonus and winnings. Have your NRC ready.
Sports betting at BetWinner

Sports covered
BetWinner’s menu runs to more than 30 sports, including football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, volleyball, table tennis, cricket, American football, handball and horse racing, plus esports, FIFA and Mortal Kombat simulations.
Live betting
There were 1,427 live events, 214 of them football. Top matches had more than 700 markets each: Newcastle v Aston Villa had 739. You can filter to matches with live streams, and Multi-LIVE puts several games on one screen.
Bet types
BetWinner lists singles, accumulators, system bets, chain bets, patent bets, lucky bets, anti-accumulators and conditional bets, plus TOTO-15 and TOTO Correct Score. Its About page says most sports have more than 30 live markets per event.
Results and statistics
BetWinner publishes full results and a statistics centre, and live match pages show attacks, possession and other stats as the game goes on. Its About page says the sportsbook has more than 1,000 events every day, including golf, boxing, baseball, snooker, Formula 1 and cycling.
One of the widest product menus available to Zambian punters, with multi-live betting and esports.
Casino and win games

BetWinner has slots, a live casino, “Win Games” (crash and instant games), TV games, bingo and poker. The slots lobby has collections like Drops & Wins, Buy Bonus and jackpot games, from providers including Winfinity, Mancala and Evolution. The live casino covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, sic bo and game shows, though table limits are shown in euros.
Deposits and withdrawals

BetWinner’s payments page has a country selector. Set to Zambia, it listed 49 deposit methods: Visa and Mastercard (from €3 to €1,500), two e-wallets (GG Bank and Bidget Pay) and 45 cryptocurrencies, all marked as instant with no fees. It didn’t list Airtel Money, MTN MoMo or Zamtel Money.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, Zamtel Money | Not listed | Not listed |
| Visa, Mastercard | €3 to €1,500 · instant, no fee | Not stated |
| E-wallets (GG Bank, Bidget Pay) | From €1 / $1 · instant | Not stated |
| Crypto (45 coins) | Instant, no fee | Not stated |
What its About page says
BetWinner’s About page says you can top up at BetWinner betting shops and pay with WebMoney, Qiwi and other e-payments, and that winnings go back by the method you deposited with. The shop and WebMoney lines read like text written for other countries: there’s no list of BetWinner shops in Zambia, and neither method appears on its Zambian payments page.
Withdrawals
BetWinner doesn’t publish withdrawal limits or times on its public pages. Its bonus terms say you can’t withdraw until the wagering is complete, and that it may ask for ID first.
The 5% levy
Since 1 January 2026 the Betting Levy Act takes 5% of every deposit into and withdrawal from an online betting account. Here is what that means at BetWinner:
Plenty of card and crypto options, but no mobile money on its public payments page, and limits in euros.
BetWinner app

BetWinner’s mobile page says: “Download the Betwinner Zambia mobile app for Android and iOS.” It doesn’t say whether the Android app comes from Google Play or as an APK. There’s no lite or data-saving version of the site, and no USSD service.
The app has the full sports, live and casino menus, with live scores and bet history one tap away. The website is heavy, so the app is the better choice on a phone.
Apps for both Android and iPhone, but no lite site or USSD option for small data bundles.
Is BetWinner licensed and safe?
BetWinner’s footer says betwinner.co.zm is owned and operated by Online HQ Solutions Limited, licensed by the Ministry of Tourism (licence CL-001099/7-2026) and the Ministry of Finance (licence 0001098). It doesn’t publish a company registration number or address, and its About page describes it only as “BetWinner Betting Company”.
Responsible gambling
You must be 18 or over. BetWinner’s footer carries an 18+ notice. If betting stops being fun, take a break and talk to someone you trust.
Operator and two licence numbers are now in its footer, but there’s no company number or address and it doesn’t name the BCLB.
Customer support
BetWinner lists a Zambian support number, 0630 373 222, answered 24 hours a day, and there’s a chat button on every page. It also has separate email addresses for general questions, security, payments and complaints.

Who BetWinner suits
Good for

- Live bettors who want hundreds of markets per match and live stats.

Less good for
- Punters who need confirmed Airtel, MTN or Zamtel deposits before signing up.
- Anyone who wants a bookmaker licensed by the BCLB by name.
- Small-stakes players: the bonus needs K17 and card limits are set in euros.

BetWinner FAQ
Is BetWinner licensed in Zambia?
BetWinner’s footer says betwinner.co.zm is owned and operated by Online HQ Solutions Limited, licensed by the Ministry of Finance under licence 0001098 and the Ministry of Tourism under casino licence CL-001099/7-2026. It doesn’t publish a company number or address, and it doesn’t mention the Betting Control and Licensing Board, which licenses sports betting in Zambia.
What is the BetWinner welcome bonus?
New customers get 100% of their first deposit up to K2,000, from a K17 minimum. Agree to the sports bonus before depositing and fill in your profile. The bonus must be wagered five times on accumulators of three or more selections, with at least three at odds of 1.40, within 30 days of registering. Only settled bets count towards it.
Can I deposit with Airtel or MTN at BetWinner?
BetWinner’s public payments page, set to Zambia, lists 49 methods: Visa and Mastercard, two e-wallets and 45 cryptocurrencies, but not Airtel Money, MTN MoMo or Zamtel Money. Payment options can change once you’re logged in, so open the cashier after registering and check your wallet is listed for both deposits and withdrawals before you rely on it.
What is the minimum deposit at BetWinner?
You need at least K17 to qualify for the welcome bonus. On the public payments page, card deposits run from €3 to €1,500 and the e-wallets start at €1 or $1, all marked as instant and fee-free. Set your account currency to kwacha when you register, and remember the 5% levy comes off every deposit and withdrawal.
How many live events does BetWinner have?
BetWinner regularly lists more than 1,400 live events across over 30 sports, with football, basketball, volleyball and table tennis the busiest. Top football matches carry more than 700 markets each. You can filter to games with live streams, and Multi-LIVE lets you follow several matches on one screen, which suits punters who bet in play.
Is there a BetWinner app?
Yes. BetWinner has apps for Android and iPhone, downloaded from the app page on betwinner.co.zm. The app has the full sportsbook, live betting and casino, with live scores and your bet history one tap away. Because the website is heavy and packed with menus, the app is the better choice on a phone, especially on a slower connection.
How do I contact BetWinner?
BetWinner lists a Zambian support number, 0630 373 222, answered 24 hours a day, and there’s a chat button on every page. It also has separate email addresses for different issues, including info@betwinner.co.zm for general questions and complaints@betwinner.co.zm for complaints, which is more choice than most bookmakers in Zambia offer.
Does BetWinner charge fees?
BetWinner’s payments page marks its deposit methods as fee-free and instant. Your bank, card provider or crypto network may still charge its own fee. Separately, the government’s 5% betting levy applies to every deposit and withdrawal at every licensed bookmaker in Zambia, so K100 deposited becomes K95 in your account and K500 withdrawn becomes K475.
